We process this data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), depending on the content of your inquiry.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the contact form, this is usually the case when the respective conversation with you has ended. A conversation is considered ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. Legal retention obligations remain unaffected.

Our website does not use cookies that enable the storage of data on your device for tracking or analysis.

Our website is hosted by our hosting provider in Switzerland. The processing of data by the hosting provider is done within the framework of a data processing agreement that ensures compliance with data protection regulations. 8. Data Transfer to Switzerland

Please note that Greenrock & Partner is based in Switzerland. Switzerland is considered a third country with an adequate level of data protection. The European Commission, with its adequacy decision of July 26, 2000, has determined that Swiss data protection law ensures an adequate level of protection for the transfer of personal data from the EU to Switzerland. The transfer of data to Switzerland is therefore permissible.
